People are motivated to come to therapy for a variety of reasons.  Some want to learn how to alleviate mental and emotional pain. Others choose to work on learning coping or communication skills. Still others choose to learn how to manage the stress they feel in their lives.  Some individuals are seeking to do personal and/or spiritual growth work in order to create a more fulfilling and joy-filled life.
